One child policy

My aunt told me that it is common today to find couple with only one child. They find it easy to go places and even going for holiday trip. Finance will be important if you plan to have more than one child. I cannot imagine how my confinement will be if I have another child. Forty days of confinement after having baby, you cannot wash your head. You also cannot carry your baby often, you also don’t see your baby nap with you. It is part of my memory when I had Sean. I can never forget that moment and every moment of it that I am all alone without Sean during my nap.

Since hubby is busy with his work, I don’t want to pressure him on having another child. I know that it is gift of God. We will accept it if we only have Sean. It is good enough for me because Sean is everything I had. He is my precious and treasure, I love my baby.

One for all, all for one

Last night Jen told me that mom in law complains of brother-in-law David having many children because they are noisy. I don’t know why they are not happy as they can ask sister-in-law to help them to care her children. As I know Jen and mom in law the one that care for the children when both parents away from work.

During my confinement I can see that mom in law and Jen were taking care of Sean and I am not allowed to carry Sean often as it is ancient Chinese believes that it is not good for mom. During my confinement I am not allowed to have hair wash for 40 days, I only able to use a pile of bucket for shower.

Now I think Sean is all I have and he is one for all and all for one. I agree with my friends that having one child you will give the best to him.

Water filter pitcher

My friends are concern about their children health, they want to look for suitable water filter pitcher. Even they have the water filter at home and boiled the water before drink. There are sure that it is not even 90% removes the contaminants. I found this site with info to share with everyone.

Thought of adoption

Hubby’s friend told him that they have been married for many years. They wish to have children but they find it hard to conceive, they cannot go for IVF because his wife age is nearly 50 years old. Discussion about money and will

In reality do you know what’s more important than money? I will say it is family but sad to see some people do not cherish family members. The reason is they are not from biological parents! Last weekend we head home for gathering dinner and everyone happy to have BBQ there. Some of them having the camera to take picture, hubby’s grandmother was there too.

Then in the late evening they went to the living hall for meeting. Only related people names mention in the will are allowed to stay around. So me and others hang out outside, sad to say there is no solution in the discussion. They will have another meeting again, on another weekend.

I mention in my other blog before that my friend is pregnant with twins. She is now four months pregnant and I am happy to know that her daughter going to have brothers or sisters to play next year. Life long excuse

Sean is at Kindergarten so I get to update the blog, I find that everyone of us has an excuse. My mom in law have been telling me to have another baby, I believe she needs to inform her son about this matter. I am not the one to decide and we do plan to have another baby.

Having baby is gift of God, we cannot rush into it. Some people just do not understand and no interest to listen to explain. Next month is hubby’s grandma birthday there will be no celebration but just dinner. It maybe the last dinner we have at the restaurant as they have planned to close it down.

Grandma is coming?

Since aunt passed away, hubby just ask me that what is his grandma is coming here. I will welcome her to come here but hubby thinks that we need to clean up the house. He hints me that inside that house having many things and I told him that it’s okay. I don’t want to hide my things to please others.

Tomorrow is aunt seventh days passed away, they will be simple prayers at home. David have told hubby to change to his car as saying that his car is very slow. The afternoon they went to collect the bones hubby drives his car with five adults in the car. This is a family car and we seldom have many people in the car. I do not think there is need to change car further more changing to Nissan bigger car we need to add money. Jen told me about bro mentions to change the car. I strongly objection about this matter because it is our family car we do not have the finance for bigger car.

I have told hubby before that if he has finalized decision to purchase the car. Now because other saying that there to change car and follow what they said. I say you should not be a puppet to please others!

Pregnant with twins

I met up with friend’s hubby during the funeral service of my aunt. His wife is pregnant with twins and she is four months pregnant, they will check up for the twins gender this month to find out if they are having boys or girls or a boy and a girl. I can see his happy face and he asked me if I know she is expecting twins.

He told me that he can see her belly now and it is getting bigger, her due date is on 7 Nov, 2010. I am happy for them as her little girl who is 5 year old will have brothers or sisters to play with.
