Tell me if you have any earth quake yesterday, I have not felt anything at all. But hubby told me that he felt it at office while everyone planning to go home. I remember feeling the earth quake and glass door shake for a while at home. I live in my parent’s home and glad there is nothing happen to it.
New houses mostly build with white sand bricks now, the cost of using red sand bricks are expensive. Personally, I feel that old houses are more solid than new ones. I know not everyone will agree with me. I notice some new buyer here will collapsed the house and rebuild it. I know they are worry of the piping and electrical, yeah the piping is old and rusty.
Tell me would you build your home again or prefer to buy a new home if you got the money.

i prefer old houses.. as the rooms are bigger and windows are bigger and built sturdy.. but lot of people prefer new houses. Glad you and your family is safe and did not feel the tremor.
